More than 20 years of experience in financial markets, co-founder of VERT Capital, pioneer in securitization and sustainable finance in Brazil. CFA charterholder and Stanford Executive Program alumni.

Diego Murakami

Chief Product and Technology Officer

Specialist in developing SaaS solutions and scalable platforms, with over 20 years of experience in technology. Founder of ExpenseOn (acquired by Flash in 2022).

Bianca Zambão

Chief Impact Officer

More than 20 years of ESG experience, with past roles at BNDES, IDB, and Itaú. Served on the Equator Principles Steering Committee, and specializes in the implementation of global sustainability standards in Latin America.

Manoel Lemos

Board Member

Engineer with extensive experience in innovation and technology investments. Partner at Redpoint eventures and board member of prominent companies including Creditas, VERT Capital, and Cubo Itaú. With almost 30 years in the technology sector, he combines executive and entrepreneurial experience. Computer Engineering graduate from UNICAMP, Stanford Executive Program alumni, and associate alumni of MIT's Sloan School of Management.

The origin of our story

Our founder Martha de Sá brings her experience from VERT, where she co-founded and led more than 310 structured operations totaling USD 13+ billion, focusing on financial innovation and sustainable securitization.

2023 - Living Amazon Mechanism and CPI LAB

The development of the Living Amazon Mechanism in partnership with Natura, IFC's first direct investment in traditional Amazon communities, and our selection by the Climate Policy Initiative (CPI) LAB validated the potential of our approach to scale nature investments.

2024 - Violet is Launched

We established Violet as a company exclusively dedicated to transforming how capital connects to nature, combining financial and technological innovation.
